This is one of the original gate-lodge cottages which were dotted around the old Kildalton Estate . At present , the house is in a semi-derelict state , but (subject to planning) could be restored and renovated .
The approx. 0.5 acre plot runs mostly to one side ,inside one of the old estate boundary walls .
